When you go to the gym, you are sitting on all these benches, you’re laying on benches, you’re training on equipment that other guys have been using. If those guys are on testosterone cream, that cream is getting on all this equipment. It is getting on the bench that you are laying on. It’s getting on your t-shirt that you are wearing.
Even worse, if there is a woman training at the gym, it is getting on her. When you put the cream on, only 25% (at best) of that hormone is getting absorbed and getting into your blood stream. That means 75% of that is getting out into the environment and on equipment like this.
In my gym, I don’t have that problem because it’s only me and some guys training here training and none of us are on the cream. I won’t do that cream at all because of what is called cross contamination.
It is getting on this equipment when you go to your local gym if you are working out and training. It’s getting on the benches. It’s getting on the bars if it’s on the guy’s hands, and it’s getting on you and it is altering your testosterone level. If you are taking a saliva test, it is really going to throw off that number.
If there is a woman, it is getting into her system. She does not require as much testosterone as you do. It is getting into her system.
If there is children, that is the worst. It is causing early puberty if they are young kids; 7,8, or 9 years old. It is causing puberty early because of the high testosterone level that is in the environment. They can’t help it.
Guys, don’t use cream. It is getting on everything. It is getting on your loved ones. It is getting on your linens. It is getting on your bed sheets. It is getting on everything. It is causing havoc with your loved ones.
None of my clients are on cream. I’m not on cream. I don’t want anyone on cream mostly for that reason…it gets on everything and everyone around you.
