TriMix is a combination of papaverine, phentolamine, and alprostadil. Papervine relaxes smooth muscle, phentolamine directly causes blood vessels to expand, and alprostadil works both directly and indirectly to dilate blood vessels. The result is an erection beginning 7-8 minutes after injection. Stimulation is not needed in this case.
The starting dose of TriMix is literally one drop, injected with an insulin syringe. You slowly increase dose until you get your individual desired result. I tell guys, the more you inject, the longer you will maintain an erection, but be cautious. All my clients are required to have the antidote on hand.
