found out have the problem by sleep apena that i have problem with my breathing stop for 6 mins every one hours most of time problem with my left side sinus everyday since almost 11/2 yrs maybe need to use mask or hormone dont know for sure hate lost middle of night sleep always wake up at 3 am hitted me aniexty attack high blood pressure high rate sometimes two times a week yes i still have rx xanax for aniexty and rx lisapril for blood pressure take one half if i need to take one sometimes not everyday….
